This restaurant is in a wonderful location with gorgeous views of the Edinburgh castle in the background not sure why I had never been there before. The ambience at Chaophraya is such a vibe. Thank goodness we booked a table because it was jam-packed in there, we didn’t have to wait for ages to get our food either despite there being many people dining.

In terms of food, they specialise in Thai dishes like satays, jasmine rice, noodles, tempuras, Thai curries and all other yummy goodness. Ordered a platter to share and the flavours were so rich and lovely it was an awesome fusion explosion in my mouth, couldn’t get enough of it. This was a nice place for a family dinner with a beautiful sunset to top it all off.
