Chia Seed, Fruit and Spinach Breakfast Smoothie

Everyone has a favourite go-to smoothie recipe that they always make my preference is to have it as a breakfast option on a summer morning when it is too hot. I do enjoy a good tasting smoothie of fruit and spinach or kale mixture because it provides protein, iron, vitamins, and minerals.

One thing that’s for sure, is that it is super easy to make as long as you have all the ingredients plus a good blender.

Assemble all the ingredients as per instructions below and whizz it up in no time. Use banana with other soft fruit always have one or two frozen items. Give yourself a dose of vitamin C in the morning if you have leftovers after blending, try freezing them in ice lolly moulds for an easy dairy-free dessert.
