A Week of Salads

Hello, as it starts to get warmer and hopefully winter can finally die down salads are the obvious choice but more specifically the types that offer just a little more substance are the ones I keep going back to.

I wanted to share with you a selection of salads that I had for a week which was a mixture of homemade and eating out all free from dairy of course, then share one of my favourites to make.

Chicken Couscous Salad (Urban Yard)

As avocados are always in season over here and I can never get enough of them, this salad has easily become a favourite the sweet and tangy dressing works very well together. The main recipe concept came from Pinterest and I just played around with a few ingredients to make it easier and affordable to make.20180124_220928Screenshot_2018-07-30-21-18-02.png

Directions: Chop all the salad ingredients as desired then mix the dressing together and pour over the salad.
