Hello, as it starts to get warmer and hopefully winter can finally die down salads are the obvious choice but more specifically the types that offer just a little more substance are the ones I keep going back to.
I wanted to share with you a selection of salads that I had for a week which was a mixture of homemade and eating out all free from dairy of course, then share one of my favourites to make.
As avocados are always in season over here and I can never get enough of them, this salad has easily become a favourite the sweet and tangy dressing works very well together. The main recipe concept came from Pinterest and I just played around with a few ingredients to make it easier and affordable to make.
Directions: Chop all the salad ingredients as desired then mix the dressing together and pour over the salad.
