As much as it is nice to dress up and go somewhere fancy to eat, sometimes all you want is to relax on a sunny Saturday afternoon, whilst sitting against the backdrop of simulating Zambian art and with the right amount of shade cover from a 100-year-old frangipani tree.

37 D Gallery now offers just that. The garden is part proper afternoon tea and light lunch, part art gallery and very instagrammable. Perfect for a sun-soaked lunch settle in their wooden chairs and marble tables with some greenery from the garden.

I had the most delightful Thai Beef Salad which was nutty, crunchy and authentic in flavour. although simple it was fresh and well thought out but not overly fussy with decent sized portions.
If you are looking to explore Lusaka it is worth a stop for some art and lunch.
