A Quick Pot of Tea at Dacapo

Eastpark Mall are really changing the game when it comes to the type of variety of shops and layout of their space. The mall has been given a fresh cool outcome that makes you want to go there and chill. Dacapo which opened in December last year is one of these offerings, a coffee and lounge bar that is every bit instagrammable with a very good tea and coffee selection.

Their menu seems extensive but as I was only in there for a quick cup of tea didn’t really have a proper look. My camomile and vanilla tea came in a Japanese cast iron teapot and it was piping hot just the way I prefer it. My muffin was freshly baked, hot and crumply which made it a real treat.

I look forward to having a meal there to see what else they offer.

    Hi Lu
I am a huge fan of your blog. I am really enjoying your posts, especially this post about cast iron teapot: https://thepointsoflu.com/?s=cast+iron+teapot
Very detailed and valuable information. It helps me a lot.
In the process of boiling or brewing tea, iron teapot could break down the elements of Fe2 +, which is doublet to increase the carrier of human haemoglobin, providing iron to the human body people needed. Very suitable for the anaemia crowd with iron deficiency.

    Cheers,
